Who are the Conshy Girls?

The “Conshy Girls”, Kim Strengari and Marianne Gere, became instant best friends in 1990 while bartending on the Main Line. Now, more than 25 years later and because of that instant connection and friendship, they have turned it into a long-running partnership. The “Conshy Girls” have been a staple in the suburban Philadelphia restaurant and catering scene for almost 20 years – and they are not going anywhere anytime soon! Their partnership and success is one that has blossomed into Conshy Girls Restaurant Group & Catering, which incorporates two restaurants – Gypsy Saloon in West Conshohocken and Southern Cross Kitchen in Conshohocken along with a full-service catering company. In 2016, Michael Golden, joined the “Conshy Girls” because he saw something truly special with their passion and dedication. As Michael knew, Kim and Marianne’s heart and soul is put in to their everyday business so when you walk in to a “Conshy Girls” establishment you feel comfortable and at home. Their creative and eclectic touches along with genuine products and always staying true to themselves make them who they are … “Conshy Girls”.
